Day 2 of our Ridesharing & Gamification Workshop: From Insights to the Streets of Dornbirn 🛴🌍🚶♀️🚴♂️
Today, we continued our design journey with the second phase of the Double Diamond model: further defining the core problems behind low adoption of ridesharing in the corporate context.
💬 Through group discussions, idea mapping, and analysis, participants deepened their understanding of the behavioral, cultural, and infrastructural barriers that shape commuting choices.
🗺 Then came the highlight: a mobility scavenger hunt through Dornbirn!
In teams, students explored real-world mobility offers — from train stations to e-scooters — and reflected on how people navigate urban spaces.
The warm weather, local insights, and teamwork gave the problem space a whole new dimension — energizing us for the next phase: ideation and gamification!
